Returns Policy

Elliepants takes pride in making sure that your goods are in good condition before they are prepared for shipment and sent with care. If you believe your goods are defective please email emma@elliepants.com.au within 7 days of receipt.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

On receiving your returned goods and on assessment that the goods are defective elliepants will:
1/. replace the product if still in stock; or
2/. offer a full refund for the purchase price, excluding postage.

INCORRECT CHOICE

No refunds or exchanges are offered for a change of mind or colour.
